That sounds like so much fucking bullshit that you should break down and cry just because you said it. <br /><br />I have had that thought and probably posted it so many times that I feel like crying too. Sure, muscle weighs more than fat. But keep in mind that the people that applies to are fucking athletes, not a couple of useless fat fucking bastards who happen to ride a bike for a few weeks. Sure, maybe you added half a pound of muscle. That's about it. You have not turned 20 lbs of fat into 30 lbs of muscle. <br /><br />So cut the fucking BS and get your dumb fat ass in gear and lose weight. That so-called muscle will turn back into jello fat in about a week after you stop riding bike and then you will still weigh 320 lbs. It is better to be down to 275 whether it is muscle or fat.
