You know what I am FED UP and TIRED of the BS. I've been talking the talk but not walking the walk. Its a BUNCH OF CRAP, TODAY it starts again. NO more excuses, how in the hell would I expect to make positive steps if I am not WHOLE
heartedly INTO the process. What's the
definition of INSANITY. "to continue doing what you have been doing and expecting different results". NO MORE... Grocery shopping toinght, weighing in and body fat tomorrow morning and GO BABY GO...

Focus on the health - when faced with a choice, say to yourself, can I pick the healthier option right now, and worry about the next decision later.
If you keep doing that it will accumulate in your favour

Get a hobby that involves fiddly hand work [knit if you have to!], keep the crap food out of the house, and make an unbreakable appointment with your body each day to exercise it.
You can do this :o)
....And for the spiritual battle with food, i'm reading a book called "The Diet Alternative" by Diane Hampton. It's a VERY down to earth/in your face look at what God says about our eating.
Everyone is at a different place with their own journey, but for me, this book changed my life! It showed me that i can be free of this food addiction....And every day i am a bit more free :o)
For about $7.95, what is there to lose? [weight lol]
Yeah, beeyotch, what have you got to lose except FAT!! Get your hump moving into a gym. Start exercising. Go for walks at the park or anywhere that people do fitness walks. Don't be ashamed of your humongous self. I used to be much heavier than you are now and busted my ass doing exercise and lost 140 lbs.!
