I AM Back

We are back from vacation and I am looking to start making my move on the health front. I really have several things to talk about over the next few weeks that I've come to realize and after a 10 day vacation with you family you realize the word "SIMPLIFY" becomes more of something to strive for.

We'll talk more soon...

FTF and Keep the FAITH

I agree one pound gain during a holiday does rock! I am sure I never managed that up till now! I always go holiday happy!

s for simplification, I am all for it. At least if I am right about how you use the term.

With me over the course of 15 months I have changed fromcomplex fat filled, sugar loaded food items to simple healthy and clear cut and tasting recipes. Oh yes and did I mention organic.

IU relaise it is more expensive and not always readily available. But where I live it is, and I use it as much as I am able too. I shun added syugars and all kinds of arificial coloring and "stuff". It does not nbecessarily add to the weightloss, BUT it does add to the healthy premiss.

And as I keep telling myself, by now a truth not just a phrase. I am a Health Watcher, not a Weight Watcher.

I will follow your blog gladly, and am curuious about your findings on "simplify"during the holidays.

Hug,

Willow

What is FTF? It is like I got this message that ended FU and I was wondering, and the sender explained it meant FOLLOW UP.
