My scale said 327 on Monday so I am getting some new batteries for it. There's no way in hell I gained 8 pounds last week. It's discouraging, maybe I'll go to a monthly weigh in.

Did you change the batteries?
I'm so sorry... I am laughing over here. I can feel your frustration in my own life - I want to get out there and run and bike but the heat is SO stiffling that getting out has to happen either early or late. I'm watching the diet part though and that's not bad. At least my scale isn't moving UP - unfortunately, nor is it moving DOWN.
