Well as frustrating as it can be at times I've made some progress. Another 2.8 pounds loss this week gives me 9.6 in the last two weeks, I'll take it... That puts me at almost 25 for our contest and I'll take that too, I guess the main thing is to keep working at it. ONLY two workouts this last week... I need to be patient but I'd like to make it under 340 by the next weigh in... That would be 27 plus for the contest... Decent, not quite what I wanted but again I'll take it...
