It's Time - Again

Moving back to this blog in hopes that it will help keep me accountable. I am on this constant up and down mary-go-round and I am sick of it... Prepping for a NOVEMBER 1st start to the new and healthy ME... I've done this time after time, I swear I've lost the same 50 pounds 20 times - Enough is enough, stay tuned for more to come...
