I am amazed I didn't gain last week as I had three bad days. Beers, appetizers and more beers one day, Buffalo Wild wings "gorgefest" another day and a party on Saturday night were I had drinks and way too much food. ILL TAKE IT. 1.2 lbs for the week. Looking for good things this week as I have 4 workouts scheduled that I WILL NOT MISS.
