BL - Week 10

OKAY, so I've proven to myself that I can do it and all it takes is to STOP being lazy and let NO excuses stand in your way.  I know it, and have always known it and have been there done that got the T-shirt BUT making it stick is the key....

SO - 6.8 pound loss this last week puts me over 20 for the contest and with 2 weeks left and the new goal is 30 lbs but I'd take 32 or 33 - Yahoo, we're on a roll...  If 4 Trips to the gym with 4 sessions or hard cardio and 2 sessions of weight lifting and a good balanced diet will get you 6.8 pounds then thats jus the goal I'll have to keep doing each and every week...  PLUS, getting my BUTT ready for outside biking is an added benefit, it is just around the corner....  Taco Ride anyone....
