Down ONE more

I made a one pound loss last week. It is what it is, I also went over 200 miles biked and its definately gotten a lot easier. I am a biking machine now, well okay maybe not a machine but the miles are much easier to get in now. My lower body is developing and getting much stronger so I guarantee I have lost body fat even if the scale hasn't shown it of late. Muscle does weigh more than fat I there is no doubt I have put on a few pounds of muscle since I started riding consistently. That will increase my body's fat burning and help the process.

I WILL continue to fight the fight, I am resigned to baby steps and know I am pushing through a SET POINT that was where I was at for a LONG period of my life. I think my body likes the 320 Brad, well I DONT so its a matter of the FAT guy winning or not winning.

Can't rest on past accomplishments...

Keep the Faith and FIGHT THE FAT...

"Muscle weighs more than fat, blah blah blah..." That sounds like so much fucking bullshit that you should break down and cry just because you said it.

I have had that thought and probably posted it so many times that I feel like crying too. Sure, muscle weighs more than fat. But keep in mind that the people that applies to are fucking athletes, not a couple of useless fat fucking bastards who happen to ride a bike for a few weeks. Sure, maybe you added half a pound of muscle. That's about it. You have not turned 20 lbs of fat into 30 lbs of muscle.

So cut the fucking BS and get your dumb fat ass in gear and lose weight. That so-called muscle will turn back into jello fat in about a week after you stop riding bike and then you will still weigh 320 lbs. It is better to be down to 275 whether it is muscle or fat. So get going. I want to see your weight loss not your imaginary muscle gain.
