Not much to report this past week. Trying to shake off the SICKNESS I had and still feeling real tired and worn out with some congestion. I have decided to go on the wagon for February and passed up all sorts of alcholic indulgences this past weekend. Got to get into the GYM this week and start to change my mentality and make sure things start getting done.
No change in weight this week. 334.8 again this morning.
